What makes Monticello different from Axis at PTC or The Chapman is the layout and the amenity set.

THE LAYOUT — Garden-style spread across multiple buildings. Many units have direct attached or detached garages — a rarity in Hampton apartment living. Some units have computer nooks, sunrooms, and oversized storage rooms. Floor plan variety is broader than any other Peninsula Town Center property.
